This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose in which the product is designed. It does not apply to environmental damage resulting from exposure to dirt, dust, humidity, moisture, or damage from electrical surge. This warranty also excludes damage related to modification/alteration, accident, misuse, improper care or repair, negligence, or improper installation. In no event shall Nitek be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.
